Extra heavy-duty Milling Head

Up and down movement driven by motor, the milling head is equipped with well-balanced counterweight mechanism to give machine rigidity, precision to handle versatile milling jobs.

Precision Spindle

Spindle utilizes CP-4 class angular bearings and is hardened and ground to fit NT#40 tool interface (spindle taper). Quill movement is precisely measured by dial indicator (Opt.) for accurate milling application.

Manual Locking Device

To achieve stable cutting, milling head can be securely locked by “Manual Locking Device” which integrated with a safety micro switch. Z axis can only travel freely after manual locking is released.

Powered Drawbar (Optional)

Electrical/Air powered drawbar selection to improve cutting tool switch process efficiently.

Hardened & Precisely Ground Work Table Surface

Ground T-slots to provide accurate reference edge.
