additional rib reinforcement to achieve symmetrical machine structure that
provides best dynamic performance after years of use.
Oversized box type
machine column and machine bed, assuring extra high rigidity of machine frame.
Z axis movement is firmly supported by the hardened and ground steel block from outside, providing an increase of rigidity and accuracy.
Four linear ways and 2 auxiliary linear guideways on machine bed to support saddle while X axis is moving.
Machine bed is mounted
with four roller type linear ways in combination with 2 auxiliary linear guideways
in between, which allows model e-1800 to exhibit heavy loading-resistance
capacity and outstanding stability.
High Rigidity roller type guideway on X/Y axes and box-way design on Z
axis exhibit outstanding stability especially when performing high speed
machining.
When
top guard is opened, the machine provides an accessible space allowing workpiece
to be loaded from the top by crane. It is beneficial and efficient way for workpiece
loading/unloading job.
When the top guard is closed, the machine provides an enclosed machining
space that prevents oil mist from splashing, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
